Job description
ensuring the execution of laws, regulations and other acts related to agricultural land;
collection and processing of data on the state of agricultural land:
preparation of draft laws and other regulations related to agricultural land;
preparation of acts, analyzes and information related to agricultural land;
monitoring the situation within the jurisdiction and initiating the resolution of issues within the jurisdiction;
providing expert opinions, interpretations and instructions within the scope of the Institute's work;
participation in the preparation of budget proposals for the Ministry within the competence of the Institute;
collection and use of the necessary meteorological data for monitoring harmful phenomena (floods, landslides, landslides, etc.);
implementation of activities related to compaction and districting of agricultural land;
keeping records of agricultural land, as well as agricultural land that has changed its purpose of use;
resolving requests for permanent and temporary change of use of agricultural land;
carrying out preparatory actions in the procedures that precede the conclusion of lease and/or concession contracts for the use of agricultural land owned by the state;
granting consent to a long-term program for the use of agricultural land owned by the state that is used on the basis of a lease and/or concession agreement; granting consent to programs for the management of agricultural land owned by the state
states that adopt local self-government units;
giving consent to projects of recultivation (arrangement) of agricultural land;
granting consent for converting pastures to another crop;
providing expert assistance within the scope of the Institute's activities to municipal bodies in the HNŽ/K region
preparing reports for the Government of HNŽ/K and other competent bodies;
execution of other tasks within the jurisdiction of the Institute
