Inspectorate

The Inspectorate, as the basic organizational unit of the Ministry, performs the tasks and tasks of inspection supervision over the implementation of laws and other regulations and general acts within the scope of the Ministry; keeps records of inspections carried out; supervises the work of municipal inspections in accordance with the law; cooperates with them and provides them with the necessary professional assistance; directs and coordinates their work in performing individual inspection supervision tasks; drafts mandatory professional instructions for the proper application of regulations; cooperates with the relevant sectors of the Ministry, other administrative bodies and other entities on issues of importance for the effective implementation of laws, other regulations and general acts whose implementation is subject to inspection supervision; prepares and drafts work plans and work reports and performs tasks related to the preparation of theses, drafts and proposals for legal and other regulations within the scope of work; performs other tasks in accordance with the law and other regulations.
